Abstract


THE BASICS OF THE SYSTEM SETUP AND ITS COMPARISON WITH THE SIMILAR ONES IN THE WORLD, WHICH CREATES A GRAPHICAL VISUAL BASED PERSONAL PEDIGREE TREE BASED ON PDF BASED CHILD-TOP ANCESTRY DATA PROVIDED BY THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR NVI GENERAL DIRECTORATE VIA E-GOVERNMENT

After the completion of the human genome project in 2000, thousands of new projects as a continuation of this project started and continue. Revolutionary discoveries are made every day on this subject. However, analyzes that are still very expensive and tests that are relatively cheap, but still expensive, can be performed by a small number of people. Especially in terms of monogenic diseases, even if people of the same lineage are not tested, they have the same risks, and important data for other hereditary diseases are also provided in this way. The tools used for this are digital family trees and a graphic-visual tool is needed based on ready data. However, it is also clear that if the diseases have a genetic dimension, this issue must be evaluated automatically with a digital family tree. Digital family trees are at a critical place for next generation genetic analysis. On the other hand, NVI has been sharing PDF-based and subordinate ancestry data with individuals via the e-government system since the beginning of 2018. Turkey Based on the data in the PDF-based visual-based graphics are needed and need to be expanded by a digital software. On the other hand, the subscription-based systems in the market are completely foreign. These pedigree sites also have DNA tests done and it is seen that our DNA test data going abroad in this way are hundreds of thousands. In this article, the legal and technical analysis of the system required to design an expandable pedigree program according to user requests, which should be designed with domestic facilities after the automatic conversion of PDF-based pedigree data given via e-government, has been made.
