The purpose of this study is to determine the existence of the factors affecting the university satisfaction level of the students studying in Physical Education and Sports School with structural equation model. The research group of the study consists of a total of 448 students, 307 male and 141 female students participating voluntarily and studying in Batman University Physical Education and Sports School in the spring semester of 2017-2018 academic year. As a data collection tool, "Student Satisfaction Scale" composed of five sub-factors was used. According to the structural equation model results of the study, it has been observed that the factors affecting the university satisfaction of students mostly are assessment and evaluation activities followed by training programs and teaching, academic counseling and guidance, services provided to students and academic environment and the opportunities that support learning respectively. Concerning the values obtained related to the model, it has been concluded that all the factors are significant in explaining the implicit variable of university satisfaction and the compliance index values of the model are within the acceptable range of values.
