Abstract


Evaluation Of Effectiveness Levels In Management Of Primary, Secondary And High School Administrators According To Teachers’point Of View (Case Of Van City)

In this research, it has been aimed to reveal the opinions of teachers on the matter of levels of effectiveness in management of primary, secondary and high school administrators. In the research, a questionnaire of a total of 66 headings was developed on the subject of "qualifications that the education administrators should possess". The population of this research which uses the descriptive analysis model consists of 3742 teachers working in 79 primary schools, 80 secondary school and 35 high schools in the center of Van province since the academic year of 2017-2018. A total of 450 teachers were taken as a sample by random selection, who were employed in 30 schools out of a total of 194 schools located in the center of Van province; 10 of these schools being primary school, 10 of them being secondary school and 10 of them being high school and then a questionnaire was conducted. The analysis of the research was done by using the SPSS 18,00 statistical program. The results of this study revealed that the school administrators were found to be sufficient in communicating with people and sharing their experiences on how to work effectively, partially sufficient in rewarding and being respectful to different opinions, very sufficient in carrying out the school-related work regularly and insufficient in following up the graduates.
