Abstract


360 Degree Performance Evaluation System

360-degree performance evaluation method can be counted among single evaluations in classical performance evaluation methods in order to reduce the most possible mistakes, whereas different performance evaluation methods can be applied. 360-degree performance evaluation can be expressed as; The evaluation process of the performance in the direction of the feedback received from the whole environment that the employee interacts with in the work environment (from his / her directors, work friends, collegue’s, partners, customers, individual, husband or wife and family members).
