Abstract


A RESEARCH TO DETERMINE THE EFFECT OF DIVERSITY CLIMATE ON INDIVIDUAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOMES

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of employees' perception of diversity climate on individual and organizational outcomes. The research has been carried out on the employees of acompany  which makes production in plastic packaging sector in Konya Organized Industrial Zone. A face-to-face questionnaire was used to collect the research data. SPSS program was used for the analysis of the obtained data.The reliability of the scales was tested with Cronbach's alpha, and their validity was tested with explanatory factor analysis. Pearson correlation and linear regression analyzes were used in the analyzes. As a result of the analyzes, it has been determined that the diversity climate perceived by employees had a positive affect job satisfaction, organizational identification, organizational support perception and employee performance.
