İlk Orta Ve Lise Yöneticilerinin Yönetimde Etkililik Düzeylerinin Öğretmen Bakış Açılarıyla Değerlendirilmesi (Van İli Örneği)

Abstract
Bu araştırmada, ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise yöneticilerinin yönetimde etkililik düzeyleri konusunda öğretmen görüşlerini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada “eğitim yöneticilerinin sahip olmaları gereken yeterlikler” konusunda geliştirilen toplamda 66 maddelik anket uygulanmıştır. Betimsel tarama modelindeki bu araştırmanın çalışma evreni, Van il merkezinde bulunan 2017–2018 öğretim yılı itibariyle 79 ilkokul, 80 ortaokul ve 35 liseden görev yapan 3742 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Van il merkezinde bulunan toplam 194 okuldan, Random yöntemiyle seçilen; 10 ilkokul, 10 ortaokul ve 10 lise olarak toplamda 30 okulda görev yapan toplamda 450 öğretmen örneklem olarak alınmış ve anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın analizi SPSS 18,00 istatistik programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, okul yöneticilerinin; insanlarla iletişim kurma ve etkili biçimde çalışmaları ile deneyimlerini paylaşmada yeterli, ödül verme ve farklı görüşlere saygılı olmada kısmen yeterli, okul işlerini düzenli yürütmede çok yeterli, mezunları izlemede yetersiz oldukları gösterdiği gibi bulgulara ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
In this research, it has been aimed to reveal the opinions of teachers on the matter of levels of effectiveness in management of primary, secondary and high school administrators. In the research, a questionnaire of a total of 66 headings was developed on the subject of "qualifications that the education administrators should possess". The population of this research which uses the descriptive analysis model consists of 3742 teachers working in 79 primary schools, 80 secondary school and 35 high schools in the center of Van province since the academic year of 2017-2018. A total of 450 teachers were taken as a sample by random selection, who were employed in 30 schools out of a total of 194 schools located in the center of Van province; 10 of these schools being primary school, 10 of them being secondary school and 10 of them being high school and then a questionnaire was conducted. The analysis of the research was done by using the SPSS 18,00 statistical program. The results of this study revealed that the school administrators were found to be sufficient in communicating with people and sharing their experiences on how to work effectively, partially sufficient in rewarding and being respectful to different opinions, very sufficient in carrying out the school-related work regularly and insufficient in following up the graduates.
